Terms and conditions of Livigno Alpine Guides.

• All the activities proposed on the site can be organized at any time of the year (compatibly with the environmental conditions); most of the proposals can be modified and adapted to your specific needs. For any other need, do not hesitate to contact us, we will prepare the program tailored to your needs.

  The number of participants in group outings and technical courses is limited in order to guarantee high educational standards. Outventure Livigno also offers the possibility of renting the necessary technical material.

•  

  The costs of the professional (shelter, cable car, etc.), unless otherwise indicated, are to be divided among the participants on the outing. For outings that include overnight stays, in the event of bad weather and in any case in the impossibility of honoring the program for reasons beyond the control of the professional, a flat-rate amount will be agreed upon as compensation.

•  

  At the time of booking, a deposit of between 30% and 50% of the total amount is required. The customer can withdraw from the booked activity at any time. The deposit can be returned according to the following conditions:
  - Cancellation of activity up to 15 days before the activity: 100% of the deposit paid will be returned
  - Cancellation of the activity from 14 to 3 days before the activity: 50% of the deposit paid will be returned
  - Activity withdrawal 2 days before the activity: the deposit will not be returned, a voucher of equal value may be issued to be used within 12 months.
